The Role
It was a friendly and informal place to work and I found the project that I was working on interesting.
Even though an intern, my colleagues saw me like everybody else.
Meetings with my manager were rare and infrequent. However, my manager trusted me and I was very self motivated regardless so this wasn't a "let down" for me.
It varied. Some days, I had very little to do so I had to ask for work or take my time.
I was relied upon and a trusted member of the team, so no issues here!
It has been excellent, and especially having Disney on my CV.
The Company
Very relaxed and informal environment.
Looking at it now, I was just another "resource" to the team. There wasn't a structure which made it feel like I was doing an internship.
I personally didn't receive a huge amount of training/development.

Working from home
Now that I am familiar with my department's projects, it's likely that I could come back!
The Culture
Lots of interns at Disney.
London is expensive but I got by with no problems. Depends where you go.
It's London!
All around greater London, opportunities are endless.
