    • You receive a buddy in the relevant departments that you sit in. Both of them were always happy to answer any questions that I had. They also took time out to talk to me informally which made me feel more welcome.

    • Being able to interact with lawyers at the firm at all levels definitely showed the open-door culture of the firm.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • We had a social event each week where we could interact a bit more informally with trainees of the firm. In addition, we had drinks both at the beginning and end of the scheme. These events were a great opportunity to network with graduate recruitment and lawyers at different stages in their careers.
