The Role
very enthusiastic environment, really fun
anyone will talk to you, you can ask the same question 5 times without people judging you
manager left 3 weeks after I started, my new manager was from a different country and joined us 3 months later
a lot of work at the end of the month! Good challenges at times
slowly built up on the responsibility - felt really trusted!
there is an in house university which teaches you everything, lots of classroom style lessons for on the job training

Really fun - always an event /socials happening esp. with lots of interns
good set up -
a lot of investment in the new starters
