The Role
It was a very enjoyable experience, in the process of the Summer Vacation Scheme, you learn a bout Deloitte culture and thinking.
Everyone was friendly! You do a lot of socials and can make really good friends.
Support received is amazing, you are treated like a new Graduate called a P1. At the same time you are able to have enough freedom to develop yourself. My “buddy” was the most helpful.
I worked way over the 7 recommended hours, but the thing is that what I did was quite fun, so I got into it as I enjoyed myself so much!
A lot of responsibility and trust is delegated to us in order for us to develop our skills.
A LOT! I've learnt about my skills, what I can do to develop other aspects of my character. The Deloitte culture is uniquely friendly yet professional and firm, it’s something I would love to learn!!!!
The Company
Very informal atmosphere though can vary if on client sites.
The internship set up was amazing, for all the weeks I had been arranged work but still flexible for me to add things of my own.
Training is available for those who seek it. We had training for the interview.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Future employment is bright. But it depends how you perform in the company.
The Culture
Yeah I really enjoyed the socials especially how they catered for different people. There were also different clubs to get involved with.
I was staying at my home. So it was fine for me.
You can find lots of bars and restaurants in the surrounding areas.
Yeah there are teams and groups dedicated to group those with similar visions as well as Community Days to make the community around us better.
