    • Always busy - whether with work or socially.

    • Professional but not overly formal. Not intimidating.

    • Explanations were made but more a 'get out what you put in' situation. Treated as an adult (which was appreciated).

    • Able to properly spectate inner working of the firm. Those working very happy to outline/expand as well.

    • Payment enough to cover expenses.

    • Various organised events in addition to casual opportunities. Invitations to departmental events as well were appreciated.
