The Role
It was fun, great experience and a really good environment to work in.
I feel like my managers had a lot of confidence in me and my abilities.
I was trained for two jobs very well and then after this you are given independence to complete the work, and the manager/colleagues are always there to help if I ever struggled or needed help.
Again mostly busy but during quiet times it was difficult to keep busy with smaller tasks.
I was given a fair amount of responsibility and a lot of trust had to go into my work.
This was a great benefit for me, I have gained knowledge I can bring back to my studies as well as gaining important experience for future jobs.
The Company
I really enjoyed the working atmosphere, the place was relaxed and not too noisy. All the people are friendly and my managers didn't segregate themselves to their teams.
The work in general was great however we did have a few problems with HR setting up my accounts on the system but mostly fine!
A lot of support was given to me but I wouldn't call it training, I was learning on the job a lot which I think is better and run through certain aspects with my team members.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
I would love to come back and work here again.
The Culture
There was some however I didn't get too involved with this as a lot of them were a lot younger than me.
Weighing up the price and time for commuting elsewhere makes living nearer work the better choice.
The area where we worked has a lot of businesses in it so there are lots of pubs and bars to go to.
There were some invites to play and hang out.
