The Role
Enjoyable, nice people, particularly nice location, good salary.
Did not interact much with my colleagues due to the individual nature of the project, however I had a friendly manager, and number of other interns to interact with.
If support was needed I could always ask some questions to my manager who was sitting just next to me.
Since my project did not have much deadlines, I can say that I was not to busy, just because I was working under no pressure and had nowhere to rush.
My project started of as a side project, but as I progressed the project became more important for the company and the responsibility significantly increased.
I have developed a lot of skills however they are not directly related to my degree or studies. But I am sure those skills will come in handy later as they are very universal skills.
The Company
Quite busy, most of people where busy working, and having meetings. Not much fun at all.
I personally had no problems at all, I have been greeted nicely, had my computer already waiting for me on my desk, and everything was set up.
Not much, most of the training and development that I received I had to find it myself and get approved by my manager.

Very good! Salary is good, location as well, people are clever. Its also the headquarters so there is a lot of room for career searching, so very good prospects.
The Culture
Not really, but that did not bother me to much. Most of the social scene happened during lunch time.
3.50 pounds for lunch. 30 pounds food for the week. 350 for single room per month. 30 for bike. The rest is just random expenses +- 50 pounds a month.
N/A. I hear its ok though.
Soo much. So much to do in Cambridge. Sports, dancing, tourism, biking, weekend events, concerts. There is so much stuff going on every day, incredible.
