The Role
Responsibility given was not what I was expecting
Everyone was very helpfull
Working closely with another engineer at the start of placement to help me settle in and understand my role.
Alot of work to do so was never bored.
Working at own initiative
Eaton Internship have development plan in place with a number of trainings you have to attend. From personal development to technical. This is what makes Eaton one of the best companies to join as an Intern.
The Company
You have your fun times but at times there is alot of work that needs to be done.
Very well organised, monthly development reports with feedback from line manager and hiring manager. Project plan received on induction to better understanding of the work you would be doing throughout the course of the year.

The Culture
All the interns became best of friendly so it was good to socialise outside of work every weekend.
roughly £400 bills all inclusive in Loughborough city centre, student city so lots to do and cheap!

Loughborough University has lots of sports to get involved with, football, badminton, tennis etc.
