About You
The week was a fantastic insight into a medium sized firm.
The atmosphere in Walker Morris is great. You could comfortably approach anyone and anyone would approach you.
Feedback on every piece of work was given. Advice for the future was in abundance.
I have finished my degree but the skills learnt will be useful when I become a trainee.
The Company
The exercises and meetings were good fun. The social could have been structured to exploit all the benefits of socialising with other lawyers in a relaxed atmosphere.
Extremely enjoyable. The people at Walker Morris and those on the vac scheme made it a worthwhile and encouraging week.
Every task I did was assessed and feedback was given for the future.
The tasks given were useful to see what a trainee is required to do.
The culture of the company is on a whole different level to other firms I have been to. Everyone was welcoming and encouraging.
Everything Else
We were paid £175 for a week of work
All different levels of employees were approachable. The networking evening was quite good at allowing others to meet trainees.
Good fun. More structure needed.
Unsure.
Definitely. Best law firm yet.
