About You
I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 weeks here
I felt I was treated like a member of the department I was in
Between my trainee buddy and supervisor I received excellent support throughout
Arguably some skills I learned here will be more useful that those learned at university
The Company
Apart from a few timetable discrepancies the insight was seamless
very pleasant place to work
We were given inductions to IT, research etc, as well as ongoing guidance
I felt like I was a trainee most of the time I was here
Attendance at social events really helped me understand this aspect
Everything Else
I attended four evening events and various lunches
Opportunities were great but attendance at a few were quite low, which is understandable due to the fact everyone is so busy/many people are on holiday
e.g. recent cycle to Falkirk for charity
