The Role
Really fun, working world turned into lots of games for us to learn through enjoyment.
It was really well, everyone was happy to have a chat, explain their job, they treated us as if we were the future of the firm.
Lots, everything was explained really well in simple steps, other team members were also on hand to ask questions too, I was never left on my own to do something I couldn't do.
Not that busy, I had an ongoing project that I dragged out a little just to fill in the time, whereas if it was a coursework I would have done it much faster.
Not that much, all the work was basic ad hoc duties, nothing too adventure was given to me.
There was a lot of IT development and finance lectures which really helped out lots of project and time management skills were learnt!
The Company
Really fun, everyone was really good friends, along with being chatty sociable approachable people.
Really well, we were given a ongoing project to do, along with lots of much needed training early on regular reviews too really helped out too.
Lots, there was so much IT and commercial based training that really helped There a big firm that can are happy to get people in to talk to a big group of you, however at times during the training, there was lots of it but you were just another member of the class, as opposed to private 1 - 1 training.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Really good, most of us got jobs and you learnt so much about the graduate role you were about to go in to!
The Culture
Lots, all the graduates were consultancy so were outgoing chatty people -- loads of pub visits and football related banter/matches.
London so it was really expensive.
London, so it was awesome! Finish work at 5.30 and just go out and enjoy the city's delights.
Big graduate intake, which leads to lots of social events and after work activities occurring.
