The Role
This was a great placement what offered wide range of developments opportunities.
The team i worked were great and the wider team were also good at welcoming you and also providing support.
When you needed help or to develop they were very willing to help and to offer guidance.
You were a trusted member of a team what had to develop the day job and you were always busy trying to achieve the best for the customers.
You had your own events to manage and land on time. These events cost the busy money and you were in charge to make sure they were excellent value for the customers.
Developments opportunities were always there and they are willing to support you, but also they offer a great mentor programme to help you throughout the year.
The Company
The atmosphere in the office we very good, you had work to get on with but there was always chatting going on, it was very comfortable.
There were some areas which could have been better for example at the start getting the equipment, but once you were settled in which didn't take long.
They are very keen on personal development and they will help in anyway they can but at the end of the day it is down to you to take lead of your development.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
They are very willing to offer a assessment centre to the placements who show they have the will and drive to become the leaders of tomorrow.
The Culture
The social scene was very good between the placements students and also between everyone in the office.
Cost of living wasn't to high, and eating and social scene weren't too bad.
Not amazing around where Tesco is based but the towns very close were pretty good but also you are very close to London.
There were opportunities available.
