The Role
Its a great firm and I had a great experience.
They are very welcoming, supportive, helpful, was made to feel part of the team rather than an outsider.
Given plenty of support but also encouraged to use my own initiative.
There were a couple of days towards the end of the placement where there was little to do, although the tasks I was given I completed to the best of my ability.
Was often part of a small team, given tasks necessary to complete projects, plus signed off a number of work steps.
People skills, time management, a real insight into the professional service industry.
The Company
relaxed, open atmosphere.
It was extremely well put together, especially considering my experience at the Deloitte internship, which was nowhere near as well put together.
Gave me an insight into development avenues, limited time meant limited opportunity but there was certainly a 'can do' attitude, especially if you where highly motivated.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
I have been offered a job and am extremely happy about it!
The Culture
We all got on really well, still keep in touch.
Bristol isn't the cheapest.
Bristol is great, although didn't get to sample much of it.
Sports, drinks, especially if you were willing to ask about what was going on.
