The Role
Really fun summer working with great people. Given lots of responsibilities and opportunities over the summer making it a really enjoyable and beneficial internship.
Everyone really friendly and keen to help you out. One of the best things about the internship has been working with and alongside really great people. You are very much treated as equal from the start, even my boss i feel has really valued and listen to my options and thoughts through out the summer.
I was doing a project that involved being out of the office for some time during the summer and i was working directly for a NAC who doesn't have a lot of free time so i have probably got less guidance than others. However the feedback i was given was really good and one of the best things about the internship is that you are expected to get on and do things.
I had a summer long project so was able to manage my work load alot myself. I was able to help others within my team and do other small tasks when i was back in the office that meant i always had work i could be doing.
I was given my brief and after that i was fully responsible for making sure i was able to delivered it.
Really beneficial summer and i would definitely recommend the internship here.
The Company
It was a really nice atmosphere.
Everything was organised very smoothly, though a little more transparency would have been nice.
We were given alot of opportunities by HR and my team to really learn about the company.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Spaces on the Grad scheme are quite limited and therefore quite competitive.
The Culture
Yes, but people lived all over London so it was hard to meet up unless it was straight after work. Really nice people that I would want to socialise with though.
London is expensive.
I didn't go out much during my internship, but a train ride to Central London would have taken me to some great clubs.
Yes, but not enough sports teams for women as I would have liked!!
