Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the experience. It was both insightful and interesting and I feel I learnt an awful lot in such a small amount of time

Everyone from all levels within the profession were welcoming and embraced us immediately, showing great interest in our development.

Both departments I experienced were supportive and only too happy to get me involved in any way they could.

Absolutely skills for life. I not only learnt more about the profession of law itself but people skills. I also learnt a lot about myself and what I am capable of which will allow me to develop my thinking and thus only benefit my studies from now on.

Extremely well structured and we were always kept busy with new and exciting things. We learnt about all the different aspects of the firm and each talk and exercise was beneficial in its own way.

It was constant excitement and new information to take on board. The people contributed to the exciting atmosphere and made its an extremely enjoyable two weeks that went far too quickly.

Everyone was only too happy to answer questions and aid our understanding in the often new information and areas of law we were exposed too. The networking exercises also were very beneficial in terms of personal skill development.

It was truly what it said on the tin - an insight. We were involved, given some responsibilities and had to mix with everyone. We were treated like a true member of the firm's community.

The RPC way is something that is not paid lip service but brought into reality in everyday life within the firm by its people and its values. We were exposed to this everyday.

We were paid an adequate amount each week of the experience.

There were plenty of organised opportunities and events in which we were able to network but we were also encouraged to continue this ourselves in every way we could. It became almost second nature and everyone was so friendly and welcoming we were able to mix with a huge range of employees.

These were taken mainly by the trainees which allowed us to mix with them and get to know them better, making our time in the firm easier and more enjoyable.

The trainees shed light on the different opportunities they have experienced and how that contributes to the culture and the relationships within the firm - particularly the inter-departmental mixing.

It was well organised and extremely insightful. It went too quickly and I would jump at the chance to do it all over again.
