The Role
Was a great year overall, some points were stressful but overall great.
Felt very valued, always told that they appreciated my work etc.
My manager had bi weekly 1-2-1's with me and the team were always in the office to help me when I needed it.
At some points I was probably too busy but it balanced out well.
The perfect amount, sometimes I managed whole events alone( smaller ones).
I now understand the process of lead generation marketing!
The Company
Average, there weren't many social activities. However, people in the office were still friendly and helpful if you ever had any questions.
Mostly well organised.
Plenty of training courses I could get involved in.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
I will definitely be applying back to HP for the graduate scheme.
The Culture
50 interns all living in Reading, amazing social life.
Reading is average price.
Reading has pretty good student nights!
So many charity events, nights out etc.
