The Role
I learnt a lot, exposed to the daily business problematic. good working atmosphere.
I had some responsibilities. Felt part of the team.
Everyone was willing to help me when i had some questions. in hard times of restructuring, would have fancied more guidance from management, although being sometimes alone allowed me to grow my independence and problem-solving.
There was always work to do. if it was less busy, then I could go by myself and ask people around if they needed any support. as a consequence, always busy!
Leading some calls, having important files ready for management reviews, managing myself a software that would gather data and pulling our reports for the team.
Independence, self confidence, excel skills, methodological skills, working within a deadline, working in a hurry.
The Company
Very informal and very friendly. quite a young atmosphere.
It was not very organised, it was more "going with the flow" and see where i would be needed, in a time of internal restructuring .
I could have been trained more to be able to deliver more.
Subsidised Canteen
National Travel
It is appealing because of the very good atmosphere of work and it is a very interesting sector to work in.
The Culture
Yes, I felt part of the team, and made friends.
Quiet costly at times.
The nightlife was very fun, good way to socialize and meet plenty of people.
Yes, lots of charity events, lots of invents organized by the intern committee and lots of business events that i could attend.
