The Role
You work hard and long hours but you can be rewarded for your hardwork through quick promotions. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.
Really great people to work with!
I didn't have much support from manager but their are so many people that you work with who will support you
Very busy on most days.
Enterprise put into practice some of the things you are learnig about at Uni, It enhancew my organization and communication skills
The Company
Pretty good especially towards the end we really worked well.
Everyone is treated the same whether you are a graduate or an intern.
Company Parties/Events
Pretty good, there is a lot of opportunity for development.
The Culture
Pretty good, occasional branch lunches and area nights out and a few other bigger parties with the whole group.
I lived at home during my placement.
Not really, a couple events.
