The Role
Has been a great year. The experience is invaluable.
Was treated as a real member of the team.
Very supportive and always willing to help with problems.
Always work to do, can take on as much as you feel able to.
Accountable for own work. Extra responsibility can be taken on but down to personal choice.
Skills gained during placement have already become of use and will continue to.
The Company
Can't fault the office atmosphere, great place to work. Very relaxed and friendly.
A little dis organised at times but placement is what you make of it.
Plenty of training openly available even if its unrelated to the work you are doing.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Options to stay on part time while finishing studies.
The Culture
Yes the HR team ensured there were events to network with fellow interns.
I lived at home so free, i know for other interns it was reasonable though.
Bristol has a good night out..
There are lot of sports clubs you can get involved in.
