GE Aviation employ's over 18,000 people in the UK and not once did i feel like a number, my manager and mentor developed my leadership skills from the word go and my colleagues valued my input and i was awarded for my efforts!
A continuous development programme was introduced by both my mentor and manager. It enabled me to identify key areas to improve as the year went on. Cardiff was cheap to live in and social scene in the city was abundant, plenty of pubs to watch the footy in as well.
So many clubs, bars and pubs to go to and with so many interns at the business, going out was never a problem.
