  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Work was really interesting and the people were very friendly.

    • On the whole felt valued but a bit more interaction with senior lawyers would have been appreciated.

    • Quite a lot of informal mentoring and partners were happy to answer any inquiries I had

    • Good opportunities to apply what I had learned in law school and LPC in practice.

    • Everything was planned to the minute.

    • Lots of assessments sometimes would hang over our heads. But lots of fun to be had as well.

    • Little opportunity for extra-learning from a structured POV, though I did attend a CLC session.

    • I got a good insight but working in only one practice group skewed my impression.

    • Enough to cover accomodation but that was all.

    • Wide variety of events - socials, practice groups presentation, partner lunches

    • Good mix and they didn't all revolve around alcohol either.

    • Actual involvement in the CSR would have been nice though.
