The Role
It was the company's first internship program so there were a few kinks to be worked out. But overall, it was very well designed
Again, since it was the company's first internship program, I think some of the colleagues were not totally sure what sort of tasks to give the interns.
Lots of resources and people willing to provide guidance. Everyone was very approachable and helpful
You are in control of your own schedule and projects. Very realistic
The Company
The markets were very slow so a lot of people were frustrated by that. But overall everyone seemed to enjoy working at MUSI
The company was genuinely invested in our well-being and were determined to make the internship worth my time
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
While I loved the company and my internship was great, it just isn't the right job for me. But I know that if I changed my mind I would be able to contact HR and receive assistance
The Culture
We all got along great!
It is London. Everything is expensive!!!
Lots of pubs and bars for going out after work with colleagues
