The Role
Very early starts
Felt a bit annoying always asking for something to do
Had lots of help with jobs as well as lots of general career advice
not a huge amount to do
Was given a project to work on with some guidance
was sent on a few training courses but also learnt a lot about the world of work
The Company
open plan office so lots of people around chatting and a few social events within the department
good induction day and very welcoming
i was sent on a few training courses to help with projects i was working on

been invited back for annual placements until i finish my degree with an opportunity to join the graduate scheme
The Culture
we would go for dinner or nights out together. good fun
fairly expensive but there are a few cheaper places
depends where you are coventry is quite good Leamington is a bit rubbish
