The Role
Amazing placement, lots to do everyday and the work is relevant to the company
Felt part of the team right away, not used as the 'intern' to do menial tasks and my option is valued.
Huge amount of support every day, taken though all the required training and full of helpful advice.
Busy everyday but not over worked, lots of on going project work to do.
Lots of responsibility from day one, very clear how the work I am doing impacts the company and how important it is.
I feel that the skills I am learning are very relevant for any future roles in engineering, in any company
The Company
Lots going on, constantly seeing new cars and exciting products and technology.
Very organised, structured program for the full 12 months covering all train required and giving a good overview of the company as a whole.
All training courses avaliable free of charge, anything that interests me I am encouraged to sign up to.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Very appealing, clear about being able to return for graduate placements and early application for a Job.
