The Role
Great atmosphere, everyone was very polite and friendly, felt like part of the company in no time.
Reasonably busy with a number of projects going on and getting involved in multiple areas.
Plenty of responsibility giving me free range on organising and liaising with colleagues.
The Company
Everyone was very focussed on work although people were very nice and I was able to move around the different JLR sites.
Overall work placement was pretty organised, given introduction as well as a buddy, mentor and manager.
Large amount including offering of training/ shadowing and the opportunity to work in other departments as well as my home department.

Hoping to enrol on the graduate scheme.
The Culture
Really fantastic as most people lived in the same student accommodation so lift sharing/socialising was easy and enjoyable.
Quite a few, but you had to find out and enrol yourself, often difficult as a very short placement.
