The Role
Never had to do anything I didn't want to.
Felt included wherever I was in the business.
Always willing to answer any question I had.
Varied a bit, there were some quiet times and busy times.
Nothing massive but enough to feel useful
Useful IT skills and project management stuff.
The Company
Quiet over the shut-down as I was on my one.
Lots of flexibility so I could see whatever I wanted to.
Did a couple of general online courses, didn't need anything more detailed.
Subsidised Canteen
Financial Bonus
Exciting time as company is growing and recruiting.
The Culture
Hardly saw any other placement guys on site.
Same as usual really.
Lots of stuff in Birmingham
Not really worth it for 12 weeks.
