The Role
highly enjoyable. good department, great team, interesting work
Felt very valued by my colleagues/was asked my opinion and for advice
friendly and approachable supervisors/manager
lots of varied tasks and jobs, not just needless busy work but actually important roles
Was given an entire project to manage by myself
really useful insights into project development, many varied skills used
The Company
very friendly team with a fun atmosphere, but also serious and professional when it was necessary
nice induction day and well introduced to department by manager. enough work ready for me
invested in allowing me to learn and develop a project on my own, as well as providing online and taught courses on many subjects for personal or professional development through Catalyst system.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
really interesting to consider
The Culture
live and work too far apart from others to really know, nothing organised through company
found really good deal to live near work, actually above a chip shop so yes cheap as chips is the correct expression!
lived too far away from anything like that, would need to motivate myself to do it
