The Role
Fantastic place to work with a extremely friendly work force.
All members of the team welcomed me with open arms and within two weeks it seemed like I had been there years!
I could not of hoped for any better support or guidance while on placement.
right from the start I got involved with tasks and was kept busy with either on the job training or performing my day to day roles
While on placement I was treated as another member of the team and given similar responsibilities to full time staff.
What I learnt here will surely help my to further myself and my career.
The Company
The office was a very fun place where a hard working attitude was rewarded with a fun and entertaining environment.
The placement ran without any problems which can be a hard task with over 140 placement students based all across the country.
JLR have provided me with a wide range of training, some of which mandatory, that not only allows me to perform my job well but also enable me to progress my skills in a wide range of fields from personal development to IT skills.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
With a bit of hard work and determination I hope to impress enough to gain a full time job after completing my degree.
The Culture
There were regular meet ups with other placement students along with team meet ups.
This was relatively cheap but still had some more expensive sides.
The location was perfect with Birmingham and Warwick both within easy travel distance!
From track days to launch events there is always plenty to get involved with!
