The Role
Good experience
Given responsibility and open tasks to complete
Supervisor support has been very good
There were times when work has been slow but on the whole has been good.
Given a real piece of work to get on with, similar responsibility to the graduates.
Not a huge amount of academic skills gained but a lot of the other core business skills such as communication and project management have been developed.
The Company
Really good team atmosphere
Bit of a shaky start but has been well organised since.
Trained to be able to do my role, not much otherwise.
Working from home
Good opportunity to get a graduate job.
The Culture
Lived with other undergrads and regularly saw another set of undergrads.
Leamington is fairly expensive
Good for a fairly small town.
Lots of things in the local area
