The Role
Work was a bit boring and not really what I signed up to do.
Decent bunch of blokes.
They were all fairly busy with their work but they helped when I needed it.
Barely had any work to do.
I did a few little jobs myself but nothing too important.
Mainly timekeeping and project management skills.
The Company
Fairly dull, it was just the nature of the work.
I feel like it would not have made much difference if I was not there.
Not much, the occasional meeting with my manager didn't really make any difference and working with other staff just meant sitting watching them work.
Good, but only within a different department, NMP is not the right career for me.
The Culture
Fantastic, after work it was great hanging out with the other interns.
Once a week was fine, it was hard at the start since it took nearly six weeks before we got paid.
Coventry had one decent club but lots of nice pubs.
Lots of gyms, and JLR offer free learning courses up to a value of £200 for staff.
