The Role
Really nice company to work for.
They relied on me for a lot and didn't think of me as a young intern.
Weekly meetings to check in with any problems and help with the week ahead.
Quite busy dependent on time of the year. Some days it would go very slowly.
A good balance but when my manager was away I would take over her role and then it was almost unmanageable due to not having an intern to then assist.
How much work I can accomplish in a day and business conduct skills, managerial skills and teamwork.
The Company
Everyone seemed quite upbeat ... it is Disney after all!
Having many interns yearly meant procedures were in place to organise us.
More training would of been beneficial.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Been offered to go back if I wish.
The Culture
Yes although it happened very early so if you arrived later it wasn't as good.
So very expensive! Rent meant less spare money to be able to go and socialise. Also the wage Disney pay is not enough to live off in London when having to consider tax.
Being the capital it was always busy and great nightlife.
Some not that many, there were opportunities organised by the company, it was usually charity fundraising,
