The Role
Very much enjoyed the experience
Everyone very friendly, socialised together a fair amount
A reasonable amount from management but a very good amount from graduates in the department
Sometimes very busy and sometimes nothing to do but okay in general
Was given a couple of projects to manage to completion as well as day to day tasks
Not very much in the degree at all but I hope to get a graduate job here so will help with that
The Company
Generally very relaxed and friendly
Generally very well, good induction process- I was integrated like a normal employee though a few people weren't aware that
Various people spent quite a lot of time teaching me things and there was significant investment in my projects
Flexi Time

I'd very much like to come back but I'd like to switch from manufacturing to try out product development so will have to do another assessment centre
The Culture
5 placement students who socialised a lot and a few times with my department
Rent was okay. Socialising depended on where you go but could find some cheap places
