About You
I enjoyed it very much. It is very informative. There were break times with nibbles that we can chat and eat.
I feel valued. We are given name tags labeled also with the University's name and study subject. Investment banking staff talked to me. 4 interns also talked to me.
Guidance on applying interns.
I get an introduction about the divisions in MUSI & BTMU, and a brief history about the changes in banking since 2008.
The Company
Breaks fit well in between talks and panel discussion. The pace is neither too fast nor slow - just right for me.
friendly in a work environment
I think it is very good for an insight day. With close to 70 attendees, the reimbursement of transport cost is not low. Plus there are costs to refreshments, wine, and hiring an employer communication agency. Many division heads and chief executives attended.
We got the opportunities to talk to staff to give insight of a typical day. They all tried to give information - one is more keen about her work; the other is more keen about giving information on application.
I can get a feeling of the company culture that it wanted to project.
Everything Else
Reimbursed for transport costs.
Plenty. Arranged and during break times. Plus the staff and interns would actively talk to you.
There is a facebook page of all the attendees.
No. Not really. All I know is their working hours seem to be normal.
Yes. Have already done so to a student in economics.
