About You
I enjoyed talking to the people there who where in many of the different departments and doing many different things that i had never done before.
I felt like i was part of what was going on for the majority of the time and was included in many conversations with people and felt like i had always been there.
Everywhere that i went there was somebody with me either touring me around the site or making sure i was safe where i was and would not have a chance of getting lost or anything like that.
It helped me understand what people had to do to support everybody there on site and off site and all the safety issues that were in place to make everything as safe as possible for everyone else.
The Company
Everything that was there was there for a reason and was noted down and assessed by someone in order to keep the place safe and for people to know what was on site and what precautions they had to take.
Lovely atmosphere with many people to talk to who were very happy to help and discuss thing with and that really made Lubrizol and even better place to be.
I had a plan of everything that i did and i was very well managed that help things go smoothly for everyone in the department.
Because of my age i am undecided on what i would like to do in the future but lubrizol opened up my experiences and showed me what many people have to do in order to make thinks work how ever from what i experienced i do not think it is for me this is because i am a very physical person and would prefer an active job.
It was extremely helpful , the insight that i had on the company was fantastic and i found out a lot about them.
Everything Else
I was on work experience
I think i met close to everyone on site and got a full understanding on what the different people do in the different departments.
There were plenty of opportunities for staff and students to meet up with one another.
I saw many posters with different activities on what all have a leader and a date on for when this event was happening, i think this is a very good idea as it brings people together for the massive site that it is.
I would recommend it in order to show them all the things that experienced this would then show them all about different things that lubrizol do.
