About You
It was very enjoyable, there was a range of activities which kept me engaged and interested.
It was only one day, but I felt valued that they cared about making sure that I enjoyed the day and found it informative
There was a lot of guidance and support, and you were encouraged to ask questions.
It gave me a good understanding of the Bank and the departments within it. I learned a lot, more than just the information that was on their website
The Company
It was very well organised.
Very good atmosphere, all the Bank of England staff were very friendly, helpful, and happy to talk to us and answer questions.
They invested in us by giving us advice about applying and encouraging us to do so.
A lot, they explained about the different departments and roles. The panel discussion was especially helpful in understanding what it would be like to work at the Bank of England.
A lot, I now have a much better understanding of the company culture

They reimbursed travel expenses
There were opportunities for networking at lunch and at the end of the day.
During the business game and the networking I got the chance to get to know the other people attending the day.
Yes, I learned about all aspects of working for the Bank of England
Yes, it was very informative and interesting, has encouraged me to apply to the Bank of England, and gave me useful advice about the application process.
