The Role
Very Enjoyable overall, great fun at bradenham and some really useful skills learnt.
Colleagues were very friendly and were always happy and willing to talk through any unclear areas or just to explain where I wanted to learn more.
Buddy system worked very well and there were always people around to help explain things or get tasks from.
When out on client sites the experience was very enjoyable as there was plenty to do and once done you could just ask for more and back in the office it was a little quieter with easier tasks to complete so overall good balance.
Lots of tasks of varying responsibility such as performing whole pars of the audit and meeting with clients to basic excel work.
Lots of the skills and the insight into the working process are very applicable to my studies.
The Company
Quite quiet but everyone was very friendly and approachable.
Very well organised with a variety of different tasks and activities to keep things exciting.
When involved lots of time was spent to make sure I understood the purpose of doing things and what was happening. Presentation training was given at Bradenham which was not only a great experience to meet all the other interns but also very practical.
National Travel
The job as a trainee and above seems very engaging with lots of varied interesting work.
The Culture
There were only three of us in the area and other interns were at locations far away.
Very cheap and lots of choice.
