The Role
A very interesting and enjoyable placement throughout.
Colleagues in my team were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my time.
Whenever I needed help, either my manager or others in the team were incredible willing to help and give advice.
This balance was difficult often not quite right. Often either had too much on or too little but this was in some part to do with the nature of my projects.
I was given real projects rather than just useless work.
An incredibly useful placement giving me an insight in to whether I want to continue on with the subject I've been studying at uni.
The Company
Sometime quiet, but everyone was lovely and very friendly.
A lot of projects had been arranged for me before arriving and my manager was great at organising visits to different teams for me which was great.
Wasn't really long enough working there to do much training but the company is very very good at providing training for a huge range of things
All the graduates that I have spoken to love the grad scheme so make it very appealing
The Culture
All the summer placement students are great and we have lunch together most days which is nice.
Living in Coventry, it is pretty cheap and we share travel costs by splitting petrol and sharing cars.
There's not much choice but there are some fun places about! Most grads live in Lemington Spa which has some fun places too
