The Role
Absolutely brilliant atmosphere across the department - ideal combination of working hard but having fun
So easy to get along with everyone - in particular my team of 6 who I spent a lot of time outside of work with too
Guidance was always onhand if required
Apart from the odd quiet periods I was very busy throughout and by the end was able to conduct some quite useful work
Difficult to have too much responsibility given limited knowledge but was able to interact with clients by the end
Useful people skills and the presentation at the end was a useful life skill to learn
The Company
So easy going and a lot of fun
Everything was in place for me from day 1
Everyone was willing to spend time teaching you the core skills needed to do the work - didn't do much specific training though
