The Role
Great internship, Amazing environment, Great values.
I felt part of the team from day 1. Given lots of responsibilities.
My manager and supervisors were very approachable.
I was quite busy. Being in the credit research team, I had my daily tasks to do (Compiling and preparing morning and afternoon reports everyday, sending it to the team, clients, uploading on Bloomberg..), but also I was given multiple varied tasks during the day to complete.
Lots of responsibility from day 1. I have been shown how to compile the reports on my two first days, and was assigned to do the rest directly by my own. However I could always seek for assistance in case of need.
Since I am planning to take Finance courses on my last year of my Economic degree, I believe that this internship will help a lot. On the first week of the internship, we had the great opportunity to have a full week of training/study/exam (approx 10 hours a day), which gave us a great start, specially for those who have never taken finance courses before.
The Company
Very nice people in the credit research team!
Very well organised. Perfect balance between trainings, meetings with senior managers/directors, project presentations, on the desk work..
A lot: the first week of training was invaluable, I have been also given a Bloomberg account+ 1 day training in Bloomberg offices.
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
Quite expensive.
Nice bars next to the office. Thursdays and fridays are fun.
Thursdays and fridays are fun. Opportunity to go out with colleagues for some drinks. Also, some organised social events by the company (highlight Dragon boat race!).
