The Role
Enoyed learning every day and pleased I have taken a keen interest in what I have been doing.
3/10 more due to the nature of the team than anything else. Felt valued by those who I did small tasks for.
My mentor incredibly knowledgable and very happy to answer all questions.
Occasional days of nothing to do at all, although I used that time to do my own learning and reserach it did lead to occasional boredom/frustration
Not too much but that is expected with the size and nature of the deals my team does
The skills I developed, advice I received and things I learnt will help me enormously going forward in pursuing a career in property. Only down side is I feel I would have learnt significantly more had there been more for me to do.
The Company
General atmosphere in the office is very good. Definitely an atmosphere I would love to work in in the future. My team was very heads down and not much interaction but again that is expected and is the way they work, so that is why I would only give 5/10
Very well organised with many events, talks and tours scheduled. A clear schedule given at the beginning and HR always ready to help.
Difficult one to answer. Having not studied any property and not at a stage where I applying for the grad scheme within the next year there isn't too much they could do to invest in me personally. However, everyone is more than willing to give advice or constructive criticism when necessary adn the scheme was certainly set up to make us feel like Savills wanted us to be there and valued us for the future.

Company Parties/Events
Not sure of my chances but I would absolutely love to be employed here in the future!
The Culture
Yes, very good. Many opportunites to socialise, good bonds made.
Fine. The office is in a prime West End location off Regent Street so you know what you are getting.
Not sure, apparently its good
Fortunate enough to have the department's summer event in my second week. Also many events organised for the summer students
