The Role
I was involved in many projects and enjoyed my role and responsibility. The only downside was that I knew i would do more if i was actually a graduate!
They all embraced me and tried to help and guide me on tasks they knew i would be learning on the job. Due to our busy work, we sadly did not get many chances to socialise out of the office!
This was a good balance. I could always go on time if my share of work was done, and i appreciated this.
I was given a huge amount of responsibility to attempt and learn on the job, and thrived on this. I did everything i knew how to, and attempted it harmlessly if i could not.
Hugely. I learnt a lot of valuation techniques which will make my lectures much easier to understand. Unfortunately it is not possible to cover my entire degree in one go!
The Company
A great balance between banter and professionalism.
Brilliantly. I felt at times like a graduate, had my own responsibilities on the first day and was more than happy to offer my services and skills to help out.
As m,uch as possible bearing in mind our schedules. We had good department over views and i was involved in a lot of work in my team. I noted that if i was a graduate i would be taking part in a lot of lunch and learns for an APC, but for us it was more about learning the company and we were able to do so well/

I would absolutely love to work for Savills. Due to my status as a first year undergrad i do feel like i have a lot to learn and more opportunities will open up later on, but i appreciate the chance i have been given at this stage and hope i will form a good relationship with the company which i can build a career on in the near future.
The Culture
Indeed, we all travelled between offices together, shared our contact details and organised social drinks and events out of office hours.
I had a long commute so it was rather pricey on the train. Plus, it's Mayfair... Everything costs a fortune. But nothing unexpected.
Very good i have heard, although due to my long commute i was often travelling home by 8.30pm.
Good opportunities such as a rounders social event and some members of my team attended Ascot, although i was not able to go.
