The Role
I think it's a great opportunity to be a part of and fab that Savills offer the placement over a variety of offices and departments.
I felt valued by my collegues in the office.
The guidence I recieved was great. However, I didn't seem to have a specific manager/supervisor which made it confusing from time to time.
I don't think there was enough communication between head office and the office I was working within, not the offices fault at all.
I believe that I was given a good amount of responsibiltiy, enough for me to get on with without asking too many questions but at the same time not feel overwhelmed and unprepared.
Getting to know how to use programmes such as focus/circle/promap in the work place will help me in my studies and when I start my graduate position putting me at an advantage to others.
The Company
Great atmosphere. Not too busy which is perfect for me.
I think that the graduate team did a great job when it came to sending emails out and setting projects etc. However, their communication with the office was poor.
They showed me how to use the online systems and programmes which is very useful. I also took part in an online safety test.
Company Parties/Events

The Culture
