About You
Really enjoyed it!
Everyone I met was very nice.
Everyone was very willing to help me, even though they had lots of work to do themselves.
I'm planning on reading Law at uni (and am considering law as a profession),and this work experience has provided me with a fantastic insight into how a law firm operates.
The Company
We were given a timetable structuring the week which helped organising matters.
Really good fun!
I was offered to visit two trials during my insight and everyone was very kind and helpful.
I was sitting at a desk right next to a full-time employee at the firm who was keen to tell me about what the job entailed.
I feel that I have grasped the company culture pretty well.
Everything Else
The experience was enough.
Yes. There was a special 'networking lunch' in which I was able to talk to current trainees about their life at the firm.
The networking opportunities were very helpful.
Yes. I sat in on a 'pro bono' clinic in which the firm gave free legal advice to those who could not afford to pay.
Definitely.
