The Role
The first week was interesting, because we had a lot of workshops and preparation activities organised. Once I started on my desk I did not have a lot to do other than shadowing.
I was not given many tasks and was expected to be happy not doing anything, so did not feel very valued.
I was given enough support with the few tasks I was assigned.
I struggled to keep myself occupied most of the time.
Not a lot as I was not given much work.
I learned all different ways of asking for work and keeping myself busy.
The Company
I was told it is not the most exciting place to work and should look for positions in front office or elsewhere.
First week was well organised and after that my team did not have anything really prepared for me. From HR point of view, there were well organised workshops and social.
Apart from the first week not a lot.

I did not feel valued and did not enjoy my time there. Already found myself a job with a better employer.
The Culture
There was enough going on for most part to choose from.
It's London, so very expensive.
Reasonable but overpriced, as expected in central London.
I took part in a few volunteering and sport events, enough to choose from if one is interested.
