About You
People were incredibly welcoming and credit was given where it was due.
As long as you are comfortable asking for help when you need it, help is available. The trainee buddies were very willing to help out.
The Company
Worked quite hard but it was enjoyable. Based on my experience, if you complete it and find it dull, that is probably an insight that the career isn't for you rather than the company being at fault. A great way of finding out what working environment suits you.
As much as could be expected from 2 weeks. We were given a lot of case studies to work through in groups, insights into different practice areas and weekly feedback from our seats.
Everything Else
You share an office with an associate or partner, have socials with trainees and there is a lunch with partners at the end. My department also had a couple events on which I was invited to where you could talk to anybody.
