The Role
The work was varied, the staff were extremely friendly and willing to stop working to explain things to you. The other interns were great too.
Genuinely felt part of the team and valued by my colleagues - they would answer any questions I had no matter how simple.
We had to do a technical presentation to our team, and were assigned a senior mentor to help with this.
We were given many projects to do in the background so that we were never with no work. At times deadlines conflicted a lot but this is good practice for everyday working life.
I got to do some client work and listen in on conference calls but didn't meet any clients directly.
definitely so many useful skills! time management, communication, technical, people....
The Company
Friendly but hard working. Quite quiet so felt a bit wary about having conversations or talking on the phone.
well organised - best part was the team project which was ongoing for the 6 weeks with interns from all other offices.
we had to complete traning videos, plus got to attend internal training meetings that all other analysts were invited to
Subsidised Canteen

Company Parties/Events
I am hoping to receive an offer to start next September!
The Culture
we went out every Thursday! plus the interns organised lots of nights out. We were also asked to organise a summer party for the investment line of business.
