The Role
Really enjoyed every aspect of it. Lots of socials, events and sport to keep me busy during free time too
Given work which freed them up to do other work, so felt valued
Everyone introduced themselves and offered help and advice. Line manager was always available too
Had an intern project on the side which meant if I ever had time I could spend time on that
Enough to feel valued but a fair amount considering the circumstances
I believe they will be useful/transferable in anything I do
The Company
Friendly, happy and sociable
Execptionally well organised. Compared to my past internship it was incredible. Everything was organised and prepared before the internship actually started, with login details etc set up a couple of months before. Really well thought of so well done to the HR team!
We had several training sessions every week and other webinars designed to give a feel of the company as a whole, which were useful and interesting. We also had several meet ups in London with all the other interns, in order to meet them and different staff, as we as presenting our work.

Towers Watson is a very good company to work for. They look after you and provide a good benefits package.
The Culture
Lots of younger staff, graduates and other interns made the weeks pass by. I really enjoyed spending time with this great group of people
Towers Watson covered the cost of my accomodation, as well as funding various social events. Leeds is also a realtively cheap place to live.
Great nightlife here in Leeds. Probably enjoyed it too much
Had countless drinks, meals, frisbee games, football games and fun outside of work.
