The Role
It was my first time working in a real company, and the internship exceeded my expectations.
The colleagues are really friendly and helpful - don't be afraid to ask anything!
Not only the supervisor, but anyone in the office is happy to provide help.
I had to decide my own milestones, and I didn't feel to pressured about the project.
My project was to create a new program which would help one of their products - it was nice to feel that your work would be useful in the end!
It was not only beneficial for my programming skills, but also it made me understand what working in such a company is like - both in a team and individual.
The Company
The atmosphere was nice and relaxed.
Everything went smoothly.
I was assigned to a mentor that was more than happy to answer any question.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
If I receive a graduate offer, I'll most probably accept it.
The Culture
We had a couple socials, and the whole atmosphere was really nice.
Finding accommodation only for 6 weeks was a little hard, but I finally managed to find an affordable one.
Reigate is quite small, and the fact that we all lived in different areas didn't really help for going out.
There was another team project that involved interns from other department.
