The Role
My internship was a hightly enjoyable, social experience. All members of staff are extremely welcoming and you never feel like you cannot ask a question. Although everyone is extremely busy, all members of staff always have time to answer questions and there is a very friendly atmosphere which makes Mitsubishi an enjoyable place to work
I was treated like part of the team from the very beginning of my internship and felt valued throughout the whole experience
I was given brilliant support from my manager and members of HR. I was always able to ask questions, and was always given time despite how busy they were.
Periods in which I was waiting for approvals for my projects slowed down my work, however the access to online E-learning modules kept me busy. There was never a time I felt I could not keep up with the work and I was able to keep on track of work using the tools and help provided by my manager.
All the interns were given helpful training and access to online E-learning modules which helped me to refresh the knowledge I had learnt in the training and progress certain areas even further
