The Role
Lovely people, great support from colleagues and overall great job.
Felt very included, although could get quite cliquey within office.
Management, right the way up to department partners were fantastic- they supported me in all aspects of my life with Deloitte.
Very busy- I interned for an entire year and spent many a weekend in the office. Rarely left the office on time. Normally left between 6.30 and 7pm.
I was given a lot of responsibility, and they allowed me to advance as quickly as I was able. Fantastic.
Great skills if ever I want to go into business, and fantastic communication and people skills for all points of my future.
The Company
There definitely was a busy season, but overall, Deloitte is a very fun place to work.
I did an unusual placement in a regional office, but I was always busy and never forgotten about.
As much as a school leaver or newly joined grad- really great to see.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
They have offered me a future graduate job with them.
The Culture
Fantastic social scene; we were out most Fridays and there were lots of socials and organised events.
Lived at home, so not sure, but it was relatively cheap socialising.
Pretty good, not fantastic but perfectly adequate.
There were lots of sporting events encouraged but not much else.
